Toshiya Jitsuzumi | Lead Researcher

Toshiya Jitsuzumi, DSc is a Professor in the Faculty of Policy Studies at Chuo University, Japan. He obtained LLB from Tokyo University, MBA in finance from Stern School of Business, New York University, and DSc in Global Information and Telecommunication Studies from Waseda University. His main research topics include net neutrality, platform regulation, and AI policy. He served as a vice-chair of the OECD Working Party on Measurement and Analysis of the Digital Economy in 2017, and as a vice-chair of the OECD Committee on Digital Economy Policy from 2018 to 2019. He is currently serving as a member of the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence and a member of Scientific Advisory Committee of IMMAA.
