In the spirit of collaboration and a show of shared vision, over 20 researchers from the Global Media and Internet Concentration Project (GMICP) have united to submit a series of proposals aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of media landscapes across the globe to the upcoming International Communications Association (ICA) conference in June 2024, set to be held in Gold Coast, Australia. The GMICP’s collective participation in the ICA 2024 conference underscores the project’s commitment to collaborative research and its dedication to unraveling the complexities of media concentration.

It’s an opportunity for the GMICP to not only present their findings but also to engage with peers, fostering a rich exchange of ideas that will propel their research to new heights.
